My Favorite Summer Fragrances

This summer has me dreaming of turquoise blue Mediterranean waters, Italian citruses and golden, fiery sunsets. Nothing helps get me into the seasonal feels quite like fragrance. From candles to perfumes, I’m all in!

It’s hard to choose just one scent that signifies summer for me. So here is a little roundup of my favorite perfumes for this time of year. 

Jo Malone Mimosa & Cardamon 

Warm and citrusy with a touch of sweetness from the cardamom— it truly is a mimosa captured in a scent. I love spritzing this on in the morning before work and allow the citrus notes to give me an extra pep in my step. 

The only con is it doesn’t seem to last very long on me. But otherwise, I highly recommend adding it into your summer rotation. 

Maison Margiela Replica Under the Lemon Tree

A new one for me this year, I absolutely love the light and crisp yet fruity sweetness of this scent. It evokes the “dolce vita” and splendor of summertime with a nod to the Southern Italian countryside. Perfect for any occasion, but I have particularly enjoyed wearing it on evenings out and when dining al fresco. 

Kai Perfume Oil

This perfume’s intoxicating blend of white florals always leaves me feeling fresh, which is ideal on a hot 100-degree-plus day. Its compact size makes it ideal for popping in a backpack for daytime excursions or in a clutch for evening events. The roller ball makes it exceptionally easy to apply and also great for travel. I like to roll it on the inside of my wrists and the back or side of my neck. 

Whether I’m packing for a summer vacation or adding a spritz before heading out for the day, I’ll be wearing one of these this season.
